1. PENERIMAAN TERMA

By using Cakap Je at cakapje.my, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use or access our service.

2. PENERANGAN PERKHIDMATAN

Cakap Je is a Malaysian voice-to-content AI SaaS tool that:

•Transcribes user voice recordings into clean text
•Generates structured business copywriting content using AI models
•Stores history of generated copy variations for user access
•Provides tiered subscription-based access plans (Free, Starter, Pro)

3. AKAUN PENGGUNA

•You must provide accurate, active, and complete details when creating an account.
•You are responsible for maintaining your credentials and account security.
•You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
•One account per individual person is allowed, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

4. PENGGUNAAN YANG DIBENARKAN

Korang dibenarkan menggunakan Cakap Je untuk:

✓Generate business copy for your own online stores or client campaigns.
✓Create product descriptions, social media captions, scripts, and customer replies.
✓Store, copy, edit, and organize your generated copy results.

Korang TIDAK dibenarkan menggunakan Cakap Je untuk:

✗Generate spam, misleading, hateful, adult, or fraudulent content.
✗Violate any Malaysian laws, regulations, or international guidelines.
✗Infringe on other individuals' intellectual property or privacy rights.
✗Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, DDoS, or overload our service infra.
✗Resell account access, API responses, or system features without written permission.

5. PELAN DAN PEMBAYARAN

•Free plan: 5 credit generations per month, basic features.
•Starter plan: RM29/month, 50 credit generations.
•Pro plan: RM59/month, 500 credit generations.
•Payments are processed securely in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via ToyyibPay.
•Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly cycle.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at support@cakapje.my within 7 days of the transaction date.

6. HAK HARTA INTELEK

•Cakap Je and all its underlying software, graphics, algorithms, and databases are owned by the founder.
•All content you generate using the platform belongs fully to you. We claim no ownership over your generated copies.
•You grant us a limited, temporary license to process your voice and inputs to deliver the AI generations.
•Our brand name, logo design, and custom Stitch UI components are legally protected and cannot be copied or redistributed.

7. PENAFIAN

Disclaimer: Cakap Je is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, that AI-generated copy variations will be factual or free of errors, or that the copy fits all compliance requirements. Korang bertanggungjawab untuk menyemak dan edit hasil sebelum publish ke public.

8. HAD LIABILITI

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Cakap Je shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, advertising expenses, or business opportunities arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you to us in the last three (3) months.

9. PENAMATAN

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by sending a cancellation request to support@cakapje.my.

10. UNDANG-UNDANG YANG TERPAKAI

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
