1. PERJANJIAN INI

This User Agreement is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Cakap Je ("Service Provider") regarding your access and use of the Cakap Je platform at cakapje.my

2. PERSETUJUAN PENGGUNA

By creating an account and completing signup, you confirm and agree that:

• •All registration information you provide is accurate and truthful.
• •You will use the platform only for lawful commercial or business copywriting purposes.
• •You understand that AI-generated variations require active human review before publication.
• •You accept sole responsibility for all copy published using our generated text.

3. TANGGUNGJAWAB PENGGUNA

As a registered user, you agree to:

• •Keep your credentials and password confidential.
• •Not share your paid account access or usage credits with unauthorized third parties.
• •Report any unauthorized access immediately to support@cakapje.my.
• •Pay all active plan fees and subscription cycles on time.
• •Not attempt to bypass, exploit, or hack subscription usage limits.

You agree and consent that:

• •We process your raw voice recordings temporarily to perform transcription.
• •Audio files are processed in-memory and are never stored permanently.
• •Generated copies are stored securely within your account's history.
• •We may utilize anonymized metadata (e.g. usage statistics, prompt lengths) to improve performance.
• •All your personal data is handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy at cakapje.my/privacy.

6. PEMBAYARAN DAN LANGGANAN

• •Subscription plans are billed monthly automatically until canceled.
• •You authorize automatic recurring charges via our Malaysian payment gateway partners.
• •To cancel your subscription renewal, you must submit a request to support@cakapje.my before the next billing cycle begins.
• •Unused generation credits expire at the end of each monthly billing period and do not roll over.
• •Refund requests must be formally initiated within 7 days of the billing event.

7. PERUBAHAN PERKHIDMATAN

Cakap Je reserves the right to modify application features, service plans, and subscription prices with prior notification. We also reserve the right to discontinue parts or the entirety of our service by giving users a minimum of thirty (30) days' notice.

8. PENYELESAIAN PERTIKAIAN

In the event of a dispute:

1. You must contact support@cakapje.my first to seek an informal resolution.
2. We commit to responding within three (3) business days to address your concerns.
3. If the dispute remains unresolved, formal mediation processes under Malaysian law shall apply.
